July 12th: Speeding freely on an Electric Foil!?
Today, I finally got the hang of it -- it was such a day.
Until last time, for some reason, it wasn't stable.
Even when it floated, it would sink quickly, and I couldn't find my balance.
But today, everything changed with one word from the instructor.
"Try standing a little further back."
Just a few tens of centimeters difference in position.
But that changed the world like magic.
The moment the board started to glide, it immediately lifted.
The water resistance vanished, and the wind enveloped my body.
I could plane surprisingly smoothly.
I was able to keep going, stably, for a long time.
I hardly ever sank, and finally, the feeling of "riding" filled my entire body.
As for turns, turning inwards is smooth and comfortable.
The sound of cutting through the water rings out lightly.
However, turning outwards is still difficult for me.
I get confused by the balance in the opposite direction, and even though I understand it in my head, my body doesn't follow.
Nevertheless, the feeling when I succeeded a few times was so vivid that it was unforgettable.
What was surprising was the fatigue in my legs.
Instead of losing balance and sinking, my leg muscles reached their limit, lost strength, and I sank.
That happened several times.
I never thought I'd deeply feel the need for muscle training out on the sea.
Next time, I'll train my legs more.
A quiet vow was born, to stand on the sea.
By the end of the lesson,
I was almost able to float and navigate freely.
The wind and waves no longer felt like enemies, but like friends.
"Finally, I've made it this far,"
the moment I murmured that in my heart,
the sea beyond seemed to stretch out a little further into the distance.

This white pole and the yellow buoy extending from it into the sea separate bathers from marine sports participants.
In July and August, launching spots are limited, which is inconvenient due to low freedom. Also, the surfing school operates only in that area, so it gets extremely crowded.
